"Comment" what water you love to be on (example: Lake Armada, Armada TX) on the Original Ad Post you clicked on to get here. Then on that same Ad just "Share" with your Family and Friends by clicking the share arrow on the Ad. Then just Fill Out Your information on the Entry Form below and "Submit". After submission, you will have earned one entry ("Entry").

All entries must be received by Website's server by 11:59 pm CT on July 25, 2025. Website's server is the official clock for this Promotion. LIMIT ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Any additional entries earned beyond this limit, and any attempt by a person to use multiple accounts or identities to gain more entries than permitted by these Official Rules shall result in disqualification at the discretion of Sponsor. RANDOM DRAWING/PRIZES/ODDS: On or about July 26, 2025, a random drawing will be conducted by Big Splash Interactive, Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received to award the following prize:

(1) Grand Prize: one Armada Zen Model 168 w/ Suzuki 50Hp Outboard. Any difference between the actual value and the stated value will not be awarded. Trailer is not included. Prize to be picked up in Bristol, Tennessee. Safety equipment is not included and must be purchase by the awarded winner before going to the water. Boat to be used in fresh water.

The depiction of any prize elements in any advertising, promotional materials, or displays may not reflect the actual prize elements the winner will have to retrieve. Final boat colors and model are at the approval of Sponsor and some changes may be required at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor has final say on all elements of the prize.

Winner is responsible for title, applicable taxes (including without limitation any incremental income taxes and any sales, use, or property taxes), license, registration, dealer preparation costs, trailer, safety equipment, delivery, insurance and other fees associated with prize. Sponsor shall not have any responsibility or liability whatsoever for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or death, in connection with the prize provided pursuant to the Promotion and/or any person's participation in the Promotion (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Winner must take delivery of the prize at Bristol, TN within thirty (30) days of notice of availability.

Winner will be notified by phone, email and/or mail at Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL: Taxes on each Prize and expenses related to acceptance and use of each Prize not specified are the sole responsibility of the respective winners. By participating, Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter. (a) to these rules and decisions of judges which shall be final in all respects; (b) to release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and their respective directors, officers, distributors, dealers, employees, agents and representatives ("Releasees") from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, liability, losses or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a Prize awarded, including liability for personal injury or death; (c) if a winner, to the use of name and/or photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so, and to the announcement of their name, city and state; and (d) that Sponsor and its agents have not made any representation, warranty or guaranty, in whole or in part, in law or in fact, relative to the Prize awarded. Winner will be required to complete an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and (where legal) a Publicity Release, and a W9 Form, which must be returned within the time period specified by Sponsor or an alternate winner may be selected. The value of the Prize will be taxable to Prize winner as income. If a selected potential Winner opts to not claim a prize, for whatever reason, they will be disqualified and forfeit any claim to the prize in the future, and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of any Prize/Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification of that winner and an alternate winner will be selected. In case of dispute, Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to participate at the time of Entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: Neither Sponsor nor their respective agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or technical error or programming error or unauthorized access to the website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the website, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. SEVERABILITY/HEADINGS: If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Official Rules and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Headings and captions are used in these Official Rules solely for convenience of reference, and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Official Rules or any provision hereof.

ARBITRATION/CHOICE OF LAW: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any Prize awarded, or the determination of the winners, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the Rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective, in El Paso County, Colorado, (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this promotion but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses), and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
